Jim - OwnerJim Mihalik, Founder of Landon Homes, has lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the past 29 years and he and his wife, Lori, have 2 kids, John and Jacqueline. Jim is a retired Navy Chief Builder with 27 years of Service. 

Before beginning Landon Homes, Jim worked 6 years as Project Manager for 2 Custom Home Builders on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Landon Homes specializes in Quality Custom Built Homes on your lot or ours. Jim has built over 125 homes of the Gulf Coast from 1200 to 6300 square ft. Jim considers himself full time Sales Manager and Field Operations and is licensed, insured and bonded. Jim is a member of the National Home Builders Association (NHAB) and the Local Home Builder Association.

In an extra effort to make building a clients “Dream Home” a pleasant experience, if you Patricia - Sales Managercall the Landon Homes Office you will find the lovely voice of Sales Director Patricia Ross. She is available almost always during the day by phone or email for Landon Home’s customer questions and concerns. Landon Homes Customers realize that this is a nice feature as they generally like to find someone available immediately when they call or havea need.

Also available is Field Operations Manager & Foreman, Richard Gallup, who travels to job sites ensuring things are done right. He likes to keep a clean job site, he likes to ready the site for the next day’s incoming sub contractors so when on-site subs can get in and get out without unnecessary delays or surprises. And for this, Landon Homes Sub Contractors know what is expected of them and they show up on time on the day promised. Richard and the Jim are usually on the job site at the end of the day or the beginning of the day as clients check on their home progress.

Landon Homes can build for you within your price range and can have your home completed between 4 and 6 months. Pricing is extremely competitive and Landon Homes is constantly watching for ways to bring building costs to a fair and reasonably cost without sacrificing quality. Landon Home’s prices out your project in advance and pricing will not change unless you make a change. If you have changes or special requests (small or large) Landon Homes can adapt. A written change order form with specific changes and then related price adjustments is given to the customer immediately before the work is done to reduce surprises to the customer at payment draws and at closing.
